Our launch strategy is structured in three phases, followed by regular updates to enhance our offering and eventually introduce a Pass for our first game.

Beta Launch
The primary goal of this phase is to attract an initial user base and create a snowball effect. To achieve this, we are implementing several acquisition levers:
- USB EARN Marketing Offer: Players can earn USB EARN, in-game items that generate $TON, by completing four actions:
- Playing the game
- Answering a survey
- Following our social media
- Inviting friends
- SBT & Airdrop Mechanism: A special Soulbound Token (SBT) will be awarded to players who meet specific conditions (e.g., completing the survey), allowing them to claim a $TON airdrop. This creates a strong engagement incentive.
- Influencer Marketing with KOLs: We will collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the Telegram and TON ecosystems to promote our game to their communities.
- Partnership with a Telegram Application: We are partnering with Move, a Telegram app with 15,000 active users, which will drive traffic to our Beta through in-app notifications and integrations.
The goal of this phase is to attract as many users as possible and establish our $TON reward mechanics.
Multiplayer Launch (3 Players)
Once the Beta is in place, we will introduce a multiplayer mode limited to 3 players to drive engagement and optimize matchmaking.
- All Beta testers will receive USB EARN, allowing them to access multiplayer mode and earn $TON.
- We will actively communicate about the earning potential, encouraging users to spread the word and generate a viral effect.
- Expanding Telegram Partnerships: Strengthening collaborations with Telegram applications with engaged communities and providing incentives to direct their members to our game.
This phase aims to increase player engagement and amplify virality by showcasing the $TON earning opportunities.
Full Game Launch
The game will transition to its full version, featuring:
- Expanded multiplayer mode for up to 100 players, offering a more competitive and immersive experience.
- Paid acquisition through Telegram Ads: Launching targeted ad campaigns via Telegram Ads to reach a broader audience.
